All designs have been lovingly hand drawn and created by ElfinDesignsUK. As illustrators and designers of over 15 years, we pride ourselves in knowing all of our artwork has been created by us, making our products unique and distinctive to other shops and sellers.

If for any reason you would like to make a change to your order, we please ask that you do this within 1 hour of placing the order. Our reason for this is because the majority of our designs are personalised, so once they are made they cannot be used for another customer.

POSTAGE INFORMATION:

All items are posted in a postal box to protect them from damage as they travel through the post.

UK DELIVERY

All items are posted Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. We also offer an upgrade to Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Royal Mail estimates this to be 1 to 2 business days. Please note this is only an estimate and deliveries can sometimes take longer to arrive. This is out of our control so please bear this in mind when placing any last minute orders. If you would like us to dispatch your order faster than the times stated on our shop, please get in touch.

REFUNDS:

We can only issue refunds when an item takes longer than 14 working days to arrive or arrives damaged in the post. Please provide photographic evidence to us so we can claim back any expenses lost and send out another to you asap.

SMALL PRINT, PLEASE READ:

All personalised orders are considered final at the point you place the order. With that in mind, please take care when entering any names or personalised information.

This item is made by using a sublimation process, which uses heat to transfer the image. This means your item can be washed and cleaned without the image fading. Due to the nature of this process please be aware there may be slight colour differences and the image quality may not be as clear as what you see on screen. This is purely down to the sublimation process which means that smaller items may not be as crystal clear as larger items.

By proceeding with your order we take that as a guarantee you have read and agreed to all of the above information.
