I’ve made a mistake on my order can I change it?

If you realise you have made a spelling mistake or input something wrong on your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We only allow a 1 hour time window as nearly all of our products are personalised and are sometimes made and dispatched the same day. Personalised products cannot be used for other customers which is why we only allow a small 1 hour time window for any changes.

Can you post my order out quicker?

We work on orders using a first come first served basis. If you are on a tight time scale and need your item(s) posting out quicker, please get in touch first to make sure this is possible before placing your order. During busy periods we may not be able to fulfil your request.

My order hasn’t arrived yet?

Our items are posted using 1st class, Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. According to Royal Mail all items posted 1st class take on average 1-2 business days to arrive however, sometimes there can be delays due to busier periods such as Christmas or environmental factors such as adverse weather conditions. We are unable to to refund your order until 10 working days have passed.

Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are a trackable service with notifications for the recipient. If you are not home when your item arrives, Royal Mail will leave a calling card to say they will try again the Next Working Day however, if you are not home again you may need to collect your parcel from the depot.

My order has arrived damaged, what shall I do?

Please email us with your name, order number and images of your broken product so we can claim any expenses back from Royal Mail. We can then post out another to you.
